Adrienne Milics is an executive coach who supports senior-level executives as they develop and strengthen their strategic leadership impact and influence, executive presence, and executive communication skills. With extensive coaching experience and professional coach training, she has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. Adrienne is also a C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence) Enhanced Skills Practitioner, focusing on the neuroscience of leadership and trust and is certified in the Hogan Leadership Series Assessments and Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment,
Adrienne’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, higher education and non-profit organizations. She is a leadership coach/facilitator in Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and Women’s Leadership Forum, Executive Education Programs for senior level leaders from all over the world. Formerly, Adrienne also was a Lecturer in the Divinity School at Yale University and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University.
Earlier in her career Adrienne was a Senior Vice President of Information Technology with Cigna, a Fortune 500 company and was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Cigna Retirement and Investment Services business. Her approach to coaching and facilitating is holistic, drawing upon the cognitive, somatic, emotional and spiritual domains as appropriate for each client. Her style is warm, inquisitive and non-judgmental, while also being business-focused and pragmatic.
Adrienne is highly committed to her own learning and development and to applying her discoveries to benefit her clients. Her recent learning experiences include the Power of Embodied Transformation Somatic Coaching Program. She regularly practices yoga and works with a certified Rolfing practitioner in order to sustain optimal structural and postural alignment and well-being. Adrienne received her professional coach training in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program. She has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the Boyer College of Music at Temple University, a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Social Sciences from Wagner College.
Adrienne is a member of the International Coach Federation and is a past President of the Central Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM).
