Executive Coach

Adrienne Milics, is an executive coach who supports high potential and senior-level executives as they develop and strengthen their leadership impact and influence, executive presence, and executive communication skills. With extensive coaching experience and professional coach training, she has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. Adrienne is also a C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence) Enhanced Skills Practitioner, focusing on the neuroscience of leadership and trust.

Adrienne’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and industry groups. She is a leadership coach/facilitator in Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and Women’s Leadership Forum, Executive Education Programs for senior level leaders from all over the world. Adrienne also is a Lecturer in the Divinity School at Yale University and a former Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University.

Earlier in her career Adrienne was a Senior Vice President of Information Technology with CIGNA, a Fortune 500 company, and was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services business. Her approach to coaching and facilitating is holistic, drawing upon the cognitive, somatic, emotional and spiritual domains as appropriate for each client. Her style is warm, inquisitive and non-judgmental, while also being business-focused and pragmatic.

A life-long learner, Adrienne received her professional coach training in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, She has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the Boyer College of Music at Temple University, a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Social Sciences from Wagner College.

Having traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, Adrienne is conversant in German and Hungarian and has studied French and Italian.  Her first-hand experience with cultural differences enables her to work very effectively with multi-national leaders who wish to strengthen their leadership and business communication skills for a global audience.  Adrienne is a classically trained singer with over 30 years of professional experience performing opera, song recitals and jazz.  She is well versed in applying high-performance techniques to business situations.

Adrienne is a member of the International Coach Federation, Leadership Greater Hartford, and is a past President of the Central Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM).
