TheMaloneGrp, Inc. is pleased to announce that Lisa Milano, Psy. D. has joined the firm as Director of Projects and Infrastructure.
Dr. Milano will guide TheMaloneGrp,’ web and social media branding and messaging and will also lead projects and develop business. Dr. Milano is an experienced consultant who focuses on talent strategies rooted in data and measured through relevant metrics. She is well versed in the use of individual, group and organizational assessments and uses them as a cornerstone for designing and delivering impactful learning, developmental and selection solutions.
This is Dr. Milano’s second tour of duty with TheMaloneGrp,. In her previous engagement with the firm she served clients in the healthcare, consumer goods, defense and financial sectors delivering projects in change management, executive onboarding, internal coaching skills, as well as having conducted an audit of the performance of a hospital-based HR function.
Dr. Milano was most recently with GCG, a legal administration services company recently acquired by Epiq. While at GCG she was Senior Manager of Organizational Development and accomplished the company’s rollout of its first e-learning platform and corresponding learning paths. She also created GCG’s premier mentoring program and Learning from Leaders series.
Dr. Milano holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University. She will be headquartered in the TheMaloneGrp corporate office located at 41 Madison Avenue in New York City.
