“My coaching philosophy centers around supporting the client in achieving their goals.  I want to help clients think through “what got you there won’t keep you there”, and evaluate any possible new or amended behaviors which might serve them well going forward.  I thoroughly enjoy helping clients make sustained changes that enable not only their immediate but also long-term success.”
