PoYee has an extensive background in leadership and as an architect for change with Fortune 10 companies including Procter & Gamble and General Electric. She is a seasoned leader who has worked alongside with senior leaders and top teams to champion global strategic organizational development initiatives.

Originally from Hong Kong, PoYee was educated in the US, Hong Kong, and China. She lived in Shanghai for 10 years and returned to her U.S. home in Columbus, Ohio in 2014. Aside from coaching and facilitation, PoYee Apart from coaching and facilitation, PoYee has a love for yoga practice, running, meditation and holistic wellness. She believes conscious leadership begins with a liberated spirit of authenticity that illuminates a sense of interconnectedness, thereby leads the global community with purpose and collective wisdom.
Besides holding the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), PoYee is a fully certified Team Coach, Mentor Coach, and accredited Coach Supervisor, recognized by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), enabling her to work with fellow practitioners globally to deepen their craft in the field of coaching.
