Participants explore three common approaches to change based on resistance or willingness to change (i.e., Conservers, Pragmatists, & Originators. Leaders will develop a greater understanding of how they personally deal with change and how to implement change in their own organization. Participants will also learn how to address the emotional needs associated with change.
